Charles Wesley Rhodes 

August 4, 1966 - April 14, 2015 

Longtime member, Charles Rhodes died suddenly April 14, 2015 from a heart attack. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Annette Brown Rhodes; “Buddy” the child-yorkie; parents, Hoyd and Leona Rhodes, Jr.; brother, Erron Rhodes; parents- in-law, Earl & Sue Brown; and a multitude of loving family and friends.

A Christian man, loving husband, devoted son and brother, Charles was a 1984 graduate of Portland High School and employed by Town and Country Ford in the Parts & Service Department. He was a member of the Long Hollow Baptist Church, Gallatin Campus, a 2013 graduate of Christian Training Institute (CTI), Smiles Unlimited Clown College, Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Baily Circus, as well as a member of the Christian Magician Ministry. As an artist and entertainer, he brought smiles to the old & young alike. He was also popular during the Christmas season portraying Santa.

Charles was a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians (IBM), local IBM Rings 37 & 252, International Fellowship of Christian Magicians (FCM), & the Middle Tennessee FCM. An April 17 service celebrated his life and included a Broken Wand Ceremony and graveside balloon release at Crestview Funeral Home in Gallatin, TN.
